Wednesday Evenings : 

7:30-8:15 pm for eight weeks.

 Session 1                                        August 5 – September 30 

Session 2                                  October 7 – December 2                                                  Session 3                                    January  6 – February 24                                                      Session 4         March 3— April 28 (skip March 17)

This is a group class where students are grouped by ability/goal. No previous skills required.

Instructors are able to work students at various skill levels; beginner-triathlete.
