Sunday Session:
Time: 1:30-2:15pm for eight weeks.

Session 4                            March 1— May 3

Thursday  Session:
TIme: 12:15-1:00 pm for eight weeks.

Session 1                     August 15 – October 3
Session 2                   October 10 – December 12
Session 3                  January 9 – February 27
Session 4                 March 5 — April 30

This is a group class where students are grouped by ability/goal. No previous skills required.

Instructors are able to work students at various skill levels; beginner-triathlete.
