Do you offer a Free Trial?
Yes! We offer Free Trial classes for Group Lessons for new swimmers. Check with your local school to sign up today! At participating locations only.

What do I need to bring to my lesson?
Please bring a swimsuit, towel, goggles, and a swim cap or hair tie (for swimmers with long hair). Not prepared? No problem—these items are available for purchase at our schools. Swimmers who are not potty-trained must wear a reusable swim diaper, which we also have available.

What level is my child?
Take the guesswork out of registration! Use our Level Finder to discover the right class for your swimmer, or let one of our registration associates assist you.

Do I have to start at the beginning of the month (when is the next session)?
No need to wait! We offer rolling start dates so your swimmer can jump in anytime.

How do I withdraw from lessons?You must withdraw your student on or before the 15th day of the month prior to avoid being charged for the next month of lessons. (For example, if you wish to cancel lessons starting March, we must receive notice by February 15th).To drop a student from lessons under any program, please call, text or email. You may also speak to a staff member while you are here for your weekly lessons.

Do you offer make-ups?
Life happens, and we get it! Students are eligible for one (1) make-up lesson every calendar month due to the student’s absence. The make-up lesson must be completed within 30 days from the date.
