How do I sign up for Group Lessons?
To sign up for Group Lessons, click Find a Class below, select your location from the dropdown, and book your spot today!

Do you offer a Free Trial?
Yes! We offer Free Trial classes for Group Lessons for new swimmers. Check with your local school to sign up today! At participating locations only.

What do I need to bring to my lesson?
Please bring a swimsuit, towel, goggles, and a swim cap or hair tie (for swimmers with long hair). Not prepared? No problem—these items are available for purchase at our schools. Swimmers who are not potty-trained must wear a reusable swim diaper, which we also have available.

Do you offer make-ups?
Life happens, and we get it! Students are eligible for one (1) make-up lesson every calendar month due to the student’s absence. The make-up lesson must be completed within two (2) weeks from the date of the original absence and is subject to the availability of instructors and the facility at which the original lesson took place. No credit will be given if the student is subsequently unable to attend the scheduled make-up lesson. A student’s right to a make-up lesson cannot be transferred to any other student.

What level is my child?

Do I have to start at the beginning of the month (when is the next session)?
No need to wait! We offer rolling start dates so your swimmer can jump in anytime.

How do I sign up for Private or Competitive Lessons?To sign up for Private or Competitive Lessons, please call 240-801-4518 or email your request to montgomerycountyinfo@swimlabs.com.

How do I withdrawal from lessons?We hate to see you go! To withdraw a student from lessons under any program after the student has begun taking lessons within that program, log in to your account via the customer portal on our website and complete the withdrawal option for your student. You may also withdraw via email request (montgomerycountyinfo@swimlabs.com) or over the phone (240-801-4518).
